Sonoran Party Co. is a small, family-run movie night rental business in Surprise, Arizona. This page explains what we collect when you ask about a booking, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out our booking form, or a form on Facebook or Instagram, we get what you type in:
- Your name, mobile number and email address
- Your event details: date, city, the occasion, about how many guests, add-ons and any notes
- How you heard about us, and whether you came from one of our flyers or door hangers
If you text, call or email us, we have your number or address and your messages, like any business you contact.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, confirm and plan your movie night, and follow up about that booking. We don’t sell your information.
Visitor stats
We may count website visits with a privacy-friendly tool that doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t follow you to other sites. It tells us things like how many people visited and which pages they viewed, not who you are.
Who else handles it
Our website runs on Netlify, which stores booking form entries for us. Form entries and emails also reach us through Google’s Gmail. If you use a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta handles that form under its own privacy policy. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your booking and our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Deleting your information
Email sonoranpartyco@gmail.com or text 480-400-7495 and ask us to delete your details. We’ll remove them and let you know when it’s done.
